Return and refund policy

Cancellation policy:
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. You must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you need to change or cancel your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Every product is costume made.

Refund Policy :
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!!! You’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Our highest priority is to make you satisfied!
We guarantee the following:
full refund if you don’t receive your order;
full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged.
full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

you providing the wrong shipping address);
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
If the suit is opened, used, and worn. We cannot refund suits that have been used or worn due to hygienic reasons. As the suit is designed to be worn next to the skin and without undergarments, it is treated the same as underwear or swimwear for hygiene and refund purposes and cannot be returned or swapped unless shown to be faulty.

You can submit refund requests within:

5 business days after the order is delivered.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
